Leadership
Leadership – If you have decided to step out from the pack. If you took the chance to take charge and be accountable, then you have embarked on the path of a leader. The journey to being a leader never ends. Your experience, your ability to listen and learn from others will shape the kind of leader you will be. The knowledge you fill your head with will become a part of your foundation as a leader. Constantly building, constantly revising. Here I will post any information I have used in my study of leadership.
http://www.ediguys.net/Robert_K_Greenleaf_The_Servant_as_Leader.pdf – The Servant as Leader. A pretty radical idea it seems even today. The idea that being a servant and a leader can exist in one person. Choosing to develop the individual as a way to advance the company. You can download the PDF from multiple sources, just look up Robert K Greenleaf.
